This module defines a functional group that comprises people who actually perform the work to complete the task delegated from the an accountable person or function. The term adopts its meaning from the Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI).


VRMT regularly defines a function coupled with a CISM group and department to which one or many persons may be assigned. Therefore, a Responsibility in that sense requests that at least one person is assigned to it.


 Note: proper role authorization is required to view, edit or change any data within this module. In case you do not see the described module please approach your system administrator or authorization contact.


To define a new Responsibility, click on the button New and maintain the fields Title, CISM Group, Department including a brief textual description.



The newly created Responsibility is then added to the below Responsibility Table.


Users are assigned to that Responsibility by setting a flag at the respective user entry in the bottom User Table. As mentioned, above you may assign one or many users to a Responsibility.


Similarly, edit or remove Responsibilities or user assignments using the buttons Update or Remove.
