This module defines person or function who is ultimately answerable for the task or deliverable and ensures proper execution by the responsible. Concretely, the accountable signs off the work carried out by the responsible. The term lends its meaning from the Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI).


VRMT regularly defines accountable functions, to which only one user can be assigned as opposed to the responsibility function.


 Note: proper role authorization is required to view, edit or change any data within this module. In case you do not see the described module please approach your system administrator or authorization contact.


To define a new Accountability, click on the button New and maintain the fields Org Unit, title, email including a brief textual description. It is recommended to use the divisional affiliation of the person for Org Unit as this will be used as the display name.



The newly created Accountability is then added to the below Accountability Table.


As opposed to Responsibility one and only one person can be assigned to an Accountability.


Similarly, edit or remove Accountabilities using the buttons Update or Remove.
